DOT - Substance Abuse Professional

You are a professional driver and have been ordered to have an alcohol/drug assessment to determine the extent of your substance misuse problem as part of the return-to-duty process because of:
Positive drug test.
A refusal to test.
A breath alcohol test of .04 or higher.
Or a violation of the prohibitions on the use of alcohol or drugs under a DOT agency regulation.

I can provide the needed Assessment in a calm and professional environment.
I am a Substance abuse Professional in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Fee - $400 includes initial alcohol/drug assessment and recommendations and follow-up assessment as to fitness of return-to-duty.

California Driver's License

You tried to renew your California Driver's License only to be told that a hold has been put on your application until you clear a DUI from another state.
The other state wants you to get an Alcohol/Drug Assessement before they will release their hold.

I can help. I have years of experience doing Alcohol/Drug Assessments for out-of-state DUI's, Family Court, and Probation.

Family Court

You are in a custody case in Family Court and you are ordered to have an Alcohol/Drug Assessment.

I can provide the needed assessment with convenient sessions in my private office.
In addition to my experience as a registered addiction specialist, I am also licensed marriage family therapist.
Fee - $200 includes assessment interview and written alcohol/drug assessment and recommendations for treatment.

The Interview

Sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive environment where the goal is to make this difficult process as smooth as possible.

A written assessement with recommendations will be sent to the persons or agency at your request.
